In any event, Indian Jones must help the Soviets find a crystal skull which holds the powers to mind control.  The Soviets want to use it to help control the world.  I know, it’s a bit over the top and comic bookish, but like I said, it’s a light hearted adventure – not a serious period piece.

We get a few surprises along the way – which I’ll keep to myself.  Some scenes drag on too long, some don’t make a lot of sense, and the whole crystal skull thing deteriorates into an ode to ET, but overall this is a good Real Man’s movie.  Take the kids and show them what a Real Man is all about.
