The Humane Society in Kentucky is using Hooters restaurant to help get its message out on spaying and neutering pets. The new advertising campaign is called 'Hooters for Neuters'. Catchy.
They say they are targeting men because a lot of men believe that if you neuter your dog, it will take away its masculinity. You think? The guy that said it probably already had his balls removed.
